As an effective movement trainer I am a big believer in training the movement not the muscle. As your personal trainer, be it in a group or one-on-one, my priority is you and your goals and getting your body moving the way it was made to move.
Being a black belt in Taekwondo and having trained in the stunt industry for film my methods of training are like no other, combined with effective movement training, I guarantee we can not only get your body feeling fitter & stronger quick, but you will also learn skills and techniques that will bring health to your confidence and self esteem.
