Working with Peter Deeb has been the best thing I could have done for my health this year.

Last year I sustained fairly serious knee injury while cycling home from work. I've seen several doctors and a physio. At this stage the future of my knee is still unknown - I may still require surgery, depending on the physio training and the strength of my knee.

Peter has worked with me in a range of exercises to increase my balance and strengthen both my knee and my core. Peter has been careful to take my injury into account while he trains me.

In the last month or so I have really noticed an improvement in my overall fitness and the strength of my knee. Even to the point that I can run a good distance without any significant discomfort in my knee.

I am fitter and have more flexibility than I have had in the last two years. My core strength is improving and I feel like I am really making progress. I look forward to training with Peter every week and I can't wait to see what the future brings for my fitness.

I have been training with Pete Deeb from the start of this year, once a week every week. I have previously gone to three different gyms, and been part of various sporting clubs, and not found my fitness level to increase at anywhere near the rate it has, training with Peter.

I have found my flexibility, stamina and strength to have increased at a very steady rate, but also, Peter has a great manner in training, encouraging myself, and other participants. I have found this increases my confidence and therefore my resolve in increasing my health and fitness.

Peters supervision has ensured my techniques have been correct from the start, and this has really helped to prevent any injuries occurring.
